Deepening Your Commitment to Health with Diana Cullum-Dugan

A 7 week series aimed at clearing out old habits and behaviors in your relationship with food.  Each week, we’ll explore:

·      A mindfulness-based approach to eating

·      Using restorative yoga to bring healing to the body and the mind

·      Discovering our true sense of worth

·      Reconnecting to wellbeing in our body

·      Basking in delight in our relationship with food

Weekly yoga, meditation, journaling, and group support with mindful eating home practices.

Diana Cullum-Dugan RD LDN RYT,  a registered dietitian and Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher, with a specialty in weight management and binge and compulsive eating, assists you in identifying deep-seated internal patterns that do not align with your conscious goals.
