Yoga to Lift Your Mood: Practices for Stress, Anxiety & Depression with Kelly Larson

I loved taking time for myself this weekend.  I feel like I am helping myself and taking a step toward healthy living… These techniques will allow me to slow down and be more present with myself and my family. – V. B.

Learn easy, evidence-based Yoga techniques to relieve stress, anxiety and depression in this nourishing workshop with Kelly Larson.  Practices will include breathing techniques, meditation and basic postures that feel good and are easy to do.

Having overcome severe depression through meditation and Yoga herself, Kelly has been studying transformation and techniques to alleviate anxiety and depression for years.  She brings together evidence-based practices with her own experience working with clients to give workshop attendees simple and clear practices that work immediately.

Kelly’s work with anxiety and depression has been featured nationally and internationally in major magazines, offering people around the world simple techniques to feel better.  This workshop is appropriate for both the general public and for care providers.  Attendees will leave this workshop feeling relaxed, inspired and prepared to feel even better by the day!

Visit the Center for the Study of Yoga and Health for more details about the work Kelly is doing in the field of evidence-based Yoga.
